Coronavirus (COVID-19) UPDATE:
To our dear guest, partners, and all stakeholders in general. Firstly we´d like to send our solidarity to those directly affected by the Covid-19 and their families, also our greatest gratitude to all the personnel both sanitary or other professionals that has worked doing extraordinary efforts for the general interest of our society.
Since the last March 19th, following indications of the public institutions for Royal Legislative Decree that regulates the “State of alarm” in Spain, our establishments has remained closed to public. Nonetheless, our executive team has continue working since then, focusing the efforts in re-enabling our spaces and practices for the moment of the re-opening, once the sanitary crisis has passed, and we would be able to offer our guests services and installations, accomplishing with quality and sanitary standards, required as per the exceptional situation.
From Hotelito Boutique we keep our hope an willingness that all this unpleasant situation will come to an end in not a long period of time, and when this happens, that will remains in our minds as a revealing experience that had teach us to value and learn all what we have, and made us stronger as persons, teams, and companies.
Our desire is to see you all soon. We will keep you posted with info of changes it may will rise during the following dates.
New cancellation policy:
Every booking in Hotelito boutique made since May 1st 2020 for stays until Dec 31st 2020 will be under the new Flexible cancellation policy (Complete refund) until 7 days previous to the arrival date. For those cancellations to be made between 7 days advance until the date of arrival, as well as bookings tagged as “non show” because they don´t give notice or don´t show up at the establishments, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Because of this, we encourage everybody to book their holidays for 2020 with us, and to visit our marvellous home city: Barcelona and soon extensible to Valencia, doing a booking completely risk free!
Information for bookings made previously to March 19th 2020 and arrivals since July1st onwards:
Those bookings will be treated with the regular cancellation policy, detailed in the confirmation email received at the moment of the booking. However, if guests want to change the dates of the travel due to the singularity of this situation, please send us an email to email@example.com and in our best willing, we will be pleased to proceed with changes bringing solutions to help everyone enjoying their future stay in our locations.
